Our Story
Background
Giovanni and Gaetano grew up in the San Gabriel Valley. Their fathers, built "Vittoria Restaurante," renowned for its authentic Sicilian flavors and warm, welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant was a cornerstone of the community, drawing in locals who sought the comfort of homemade dishes.
As young men, Giovanni and Gaetano spent time in the pizzeria, observing the art of cooking from their fathers. They watched as dough were pressed while large pots of rich tomato sauce stirred, infusing it with fresh basil and oregano. The two cousins formed a close bond.
When their fathers announced their retirement, Giovanni and Gaetano knew that they were stepping into big shoes. The cousins’ dedication to quality ingredients and authentic preparation soon brought even more customers through the door. After their retirement, Samantha continued to provide stewardship so that the pizzeria can become a gathering place where the warmth of family tradition continued to flourish.
